It's done really. Just before 10 weeks (in construction) We were told the date for acceptance by our construction company Bauunion 1905. And he was respected. Punctual, as always, were 9 of the clock construction manager, our production company and of course we at the house. Each room is from top to bottom checked for completeness and functionality of all installed components. In addition, even were a
representatives of the plumbing and heating company Heimann and a representative of the windows and door company Jacob on site. We have received a full briefing in our new heating system with heat recovery, all doors and windows were set once again to our satisfaction, so that all the wings, Locks and doors close properly and our site manager Hr. Gehrke has eliminated even a scratch on stairs and walls and would have even the last day of construction work damaged wall paint repair. After that the famous blower door test was applied and accepted without objection. 
The only thing was to complain about was our non-deliverable faucets bathroom. Therefore, first replacement valves were installed, so that we can use everything in full. A mishap happened in the sanitation company, though. Handtuchtheizkörpers in mounting the tiles are broken, so now again someone has ran. Unfortunately, this has not been clarified.
After plenty of signatures and now 3 hours we Item 12 clock become a homeowner. We were handed the keys to the house.
