The last days were finally re-marked by progress. Has started the whole thing with our first site manager interview. Known by her own experiences were full of praise for our site manager of Mr. Gericke Construction Magdeburg. We can only confirm. This also increases the hope that it works better now than before.
The second important event is the issuance of building permit by the Building Authority - a few days before the deadline we received this positive message. Apparently our friendly insistence helped.
order to begin the construction work is missing, more than a confirmation of the Land Registry on the registration of the mortgage. It's not as if this was mandated by our notary almost 2 months, but apparently the mills grind on this special authority particularly laannnggggsaaaammmmm. My colleague told me that his house already stood as the necessary documents were finally ready. Alternatively, we can still rely on a notarized - but unfortunately costs a few hundred euros.
Now we are very excited about how and when the first observable during the actual construction activities are identified.
