the preparation of our deep-builder to create the base plate are finished. In 3 weeks now in consultation with the Fa.Partnerbau wells dug for the supply lines. Then the bottom plate should not stand in the way.
As you can see the town, the road has set quite high ... we have to heap up a lot of material to our house on the street level to rise. The only way we can ensure that later runs of the rain water from the driveway towards the road and not the house.

Today we had the second meeting with Fa.Partnerbau (which will help us create the ground plate). This time we met
together with the utilities, the civil contractors and Fa.Partnerbau to the preparatory work on the base plate set.
The surveyor had made prior to the Grobabsteckung.
Only the garage could not be recognized as they should be on the left property line, the boundary stone in the construction of the road but on mysterious ;-) Disappeared as
............. naja our future mayor came by also to today's meeting and promised the stone appear as soon as possible back to life.
The civil contractors now handle up to week 33 time for his work, is in week 34 then the bottom plate created.

The bottom plate must be ready in week 34, the house is then placed in weeks 38th
As discussed at our sampling we received last Friday and the execution plan by email (in the form of. Pdf files).
We now check to 3 days to, if all switches are where they should be, all water flows to the basins in the right place ,.... is just that everything as we have discussed during the sampling. If everything is ok and we email back any changes, the working drawings and prints go to us for signature.

......... A few days ago we received mail from Finger house ... the invitation is there for sampling. On 13
and 14 June is now ...... as far as we can "all" search.
We will except the upholstery and carpet will build the turnkey probably be a greater cause.
The kitchen design is completed. We will take our already existing, fitted kitchen and adjust accordingly from a local Kitchen Studio.
The port plans, we will send in the days of finger-house so there can be schonmal planned on.
The community has our construction projects so far approved and forwarded to the planning application to the District Office. According to oral information processing is not lasting more than 2 weeks to ... because we are curious.
Another bill we got, the community has given us calculated schonmal rata development costs for new housing developments.

Today we received the request for connection to the local electricity network and a bid for the construction sites issued, slowly we would hopefully have made any request ;-)
The building application is for 2 weeks submitted, we'll see how long the processing of the relevant offices to take?
The issue with the drainage for the washing machine does not seem so "wild", it is more of a house according fingers small formal error that should have no bearing on the permit. Also in
the topic with the missing solar system for the recognition KfW60 we have now found a solution together with fingerprint house.

Yesterday, our planning application documents, the drainage proposals and the neighborhood statements (as we differ in the knee wall height will have to give your neighbors ok for our plan) received by us.
At first glance, everything seems ok.
It surprised us that the drainage application, although all toilets and purging, etc. listed, the washing machine but was left out. Since we are at home finger again have to consult.
